Hello and Welcome to the Churchland Soccer U-10 (STORM)

My name is Troy Dalton and I will be coaching the U-10 Storm this season, with the help of Rob O’Oneil. My coaching philosophy is very simple. Player development, with an emphasis on fundamentals and fun. I am a big believer that winning should not be the objective, but rather the result of the application of proper skills.

We will hold practice on Monday’s and Wednesday’s, with an optional, league sponsored, soccer clinic on Friday’s. All practices will be held at the Churchland Soccer Complex, field 12, and we will begin at 6:00 P.M. and promptly end at 7:00 P.M. Parents are encouraged watch/participate, but if you do need to leave, please let me know beforehand.

Our first practice is scheduled for Monday, March 9th at 6:00 pm.

Note: The league sponsored clinic on Friday, beings at 6:45 for U-10 and above. This clinic will last approx. one hour. This clinic is completely optional, but highly recommended as it will provide and level of instruction that will further develop a players technical skills

Please dress appropriating for the weather, bring a ball (#4), water, and shin guards (completely covered by soccer socks).
