How We Manage Weather Alerts

Parents and Coaches:
For weather impacting the fields, we will provide updates in the following order:
1. Updates on Twitter. Follow us @BwoodCivitan.
2. Updates to the Field Status link on our website.
3. And then we will send an email blast when game schedules are impacted in consideration of the below timing.

At Civitan Park, Lipscomb Elementary has moved our field crew access to the fields to 4:00PM. This will make it much tighter in terms of determining a field status for Civitan Park. We will look to do that by 4:15PM during the week. There are no changes to the 7:30AM determination on weekends.

Crockett Park and Granny White Park have field status lines the city of Brentwood will update by 3:30PM on weekdays and 8:00AM on weekends. Those are as follows:

As soon as we have a new update from WCPR for softball, we will provide that update to our softball families.
