	PRACTICE SCHEDULE
Unless otherwise notified practices will be held on Tuesdays and Fridays from 6:00p-8:00p at Strathmore. Moving forward for all practices please try to arrive at 5:45p for pre-practice stretching exercises. Please remember to bring two (2) bottles of water. It is recommended the boys drink water 1/2 hour prior to practice.
